REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

a. Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

b. No cancellations will be entertained for those products that the Merabreak Media Pvt Ltd, marketing team has obtained on special occasions or for special promotions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

a. In the event you receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels.

b. Upon receiving your complaint, Merabreak Media Pvt Ltd shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Merabreak Media Pvt Ltd is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Merabreak Media Pvt Ltd will initiate the replacement or refund process.

c. Products should be unused and include all original tags, packaging and include all accessories, freebies and extras that were delivered with the product.

a. In case of payment at the time of delivery, the amount will be refunded to you via a cheque, which will be dispatched to your address.

b. In case of online payments, the refund will be made to the same bank account where the payment has been made from within 7-10 business days.

c. If you choose a voucher as a refund method, the amount will be refunded in the form of a Merabreak Media Pvt Ltd voucher of the same amount, which can be used for any future purchases within a year.

a. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

b. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

c. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
